• Content: Pertains to any and all intellectual property consisting of text, audio, visual assets, software code, scripts and proprietary information which is copyrighted by Forex Home Expert Blog, as well as third party copyright owners including but not limited to Google.com, Blogger.com and MQL5.com as well as other third party copyright owners who are not and/or have not been mentioned here.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

• m) User Responsibilities: Users agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt the blog’s functionality or security.

9. GLOBAL TRADE AND SANCTIONS COMPLIANCE

In accordance with global economic safety regulations and trade compliance laws maintained by the United States Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United States Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry & Security, and other applicable international authorities, Forex Home Expert ensures strict operational compliance:

• Our educational resources, services, and Google publisher products are completely unavailable to, and may not be used for or on behalf of, parties located in sanctioned countries or territories, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DNR) / Luhansk People's Republic (LNR).
• We do not knowingly engage with, provide services to, or facilitate ad code access for any entities or individuals restricted under applicable trade sanctions and export compliance laws, or those owned or controlled by restricted parties.

10. SEVERABILITY AND NON-WAIVER
